Ancho Chili Chops with Raspberry Glaze (S)$27.95
Pork chops are rubbed with ancho chili powder and thyme then pan seared. Brush these mildly spiced chops with a raspberry glaze. A little heat mixed with a little sweet!
BBQ Chicken Quesadillas with Tropical Salsa (B)$20.95
The filling for these delicious quesadillas combines chicken, barbeque sauce, cheese, red onions, and cilantro. Bake them to a golden brown and then serve with our tropical salsa of mango, pineapple, lime juice, cilantro, and chiles. Delicious!
